Great Southern Yarn as a boutique dyer produces thousands of perfectly dyed skeins every year. Although we do follow our tried and tested recipes and processes, every now and then we have a dye lot which doesn’t meet our strict quality requirements.

When the skein is reviewed and found to be perfectly unique, it becomes a White Rabbit.

Welcome to Great Southern Yarn White Rabbits.

The collection name is inspired by our child like sense of humour in that white rabbits are “No Returns, white rabbit”, which as a child would devastate you beyond recovery as what ever just happened to you could not be returned.

We love each and every one of these, but there are only so many unique items we have time to knit for ourselves, friends and family.
