All items listed in Australia include 10% GST

Refunds & Returns

Notification of faulty/damaged goods must be provided within 7 days of receipt of goods, giving full particulars. No refund is offered on goods received in good order. No refund is offered on special order kits. No returns are offered on international sales

Postage & Handling

Postage & handling costs will be added to your order after your order is placed. Great Southern Yarn uses Express Australia Post for its deliveries within Australia and for international deliveries, Australia Post’s International Standard.

Delivery times

Great Southern Yarn aims to dispatch orders within 48 hours unless otherwise indicated. Most orders within Australia will be delivered in as little as 2-5 business days from the time your order is dispatched, depending on where you are located. If a product is not in stock, we will notify you by email and advise you of the expected delivery time. Credit cards will not be charged until your order is ready to be sent.
